However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, Kimsmed keeps member information for a certain period of time as stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations as follows.

Article 4 Personal information destruction procedure and method
In principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, Kimsmed destroys the information without delay. The destruction procedure and method are as follows.
ο Destruction procedure
The information entered by the member for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate filing cabinet in the case of paper) and is scheduled according to the internal policy and other information protection reasons according to relevant laws (refer to retention and use period) It is destroyed after being stored for a period of time.
Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any other purpose other than being retained, unless it is required by law.
ο Destruction method
- Personal information stored in electronic file format will be deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.
Article 5 Guarantee of rights of information subject and method of exercise
① The information subject can exercise the following rights.
1) Request for viewing of personal information
2) Request for correction or deletion of personal information
3) Request to suspend processing of personal information
② Personal information held by Kimsmed may be requested to be viewed in accordance with Article 35 (Access to Personal Information) of the Protection Act.
When requesting access to personal information, in accordance with Article 35 (5) of the Protection Act, access may be restricted in the following cases.
1) When viewing is prohibited or restricted by law
2) If there is a risk of harming the life or body of another person or unfairly infringing on the property and other interests of another person
3) When a public institution causes a significant impediment when performing any of the following tasks

③ Personal information files held by Kimsmed may be requested for correction or deletion in accordance with Article 36 of the Protection Act. However, if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws, the deletion cannot be requested.
④ Personal information held by Kimsmed may be requested to be stopped in accordance with Article 37 of the Protection Act. However, in the following cases, the request for suspension of processing may be rejected pursuant to Article 37 (2) of the Protection Act.
1) If there are special provisions in the law or it is unavoidable to comply with statutory obligations
2) If there is a risk of harming the life or body of another person or unfairly infringing on the property and other interests of another person
3) If a public institution cannot perform its duties as stipulated in other laws without processing personal information
4) If it is difficult to fulfill the contract, such as not being able to provide the service contracted with the information subject if personal information is not processed, and the data subject does not clearly indicate its intention to terminate the contract
⑤ The rights of the information subject are subject to personal information (reading, correction, deletion, processing) in accordance with Form 8 of Attachment No. 8 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Protection Act. We will take action within it.
⑥ If the information subject requests correction or deletion of personal information for errors, etc., Kimsmed will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
⑦ The exercise of the rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 may be done through an agent such as the legal representative of the information subject or a person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in accordance with Attachment Form 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Protection Act.
Article 6 Provision of personal information
In principle, Kimsmed does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
- When users have agreed in advance
- When there is a request from the investigation agency in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or in accordance with the procedures and methods stipulated in the laws for the purpose of investigation
Article 7 Consignment of collected personal information
Kimsmed does not entrust your information to an outside company without your consent.
If such a need arises in the future, we will notify the customer of the consignee and the details of the consigned work, and obtain prior consent if necessary.
Article 8 Rights of users and their legal representatives and how to exercise them
Users and their legal representatives can inquire or modify the registered personal information of themselves or children under the age of 14 at any time, and may request cancellation of membership.
To view or modify personal information of users or children under the age of 14, click 'Change Personal Information' (or 'Edit Member Information') to cancel membership (withdraw consent) and go through the identity verification process. You can directly view, correct, or withdraw from your account after you submit it.
Or, if you contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone or e-mail, we will take action without delay.
If you request correction of errors in personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed.
In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the result of the correction without delay so that the correction is made.
Kimsmed handles personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of users or their legal representatives as specified in the “Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information Collected by Kimsmed” and cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.
Article 9 Matters concerning the installation and operation of the automatic personal information collection device and its rejection
We do not operate a device that collects automatically generated personal information when using Internet services such as cookies.
